Getting your order home

Every piece is packed with the same care we'd want in our own home, then shipped straight to your door. No delivery crew, no scheduling headaches, no waiting around.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping cost

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Delivery estimate

Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days of shipping. Estimated windows can shift slightly with carrier or customs delays, we'll keep you posted if that happens.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status anytime under My Account.

Damaged in transit

If something arrives damaged, keep the original packaging and take photos of the item and box, then reach out within 7 days of delivery at support@fourwallsdecor.com. We'll sort a replacement or refund, no return shipping required.

Out of stock items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, its product page will show an estimated restock window. You're welcome to order ahead and we'll ship as soon as it's back.
